How to make one
Right click Fertilized Farmland with a shovel to dig it down into a Rice Paddy. The block above has to be empty.
Now flood it: a rice paddy can be waterlogged, and only a flooded paddy accepts rice. The easiest way is to pour a water bucket onto it.
