When it rains elsewhere, a dust storm sweeps over Harvestfall. The air turns brown and you can barely see. A Raider Mask helps you see further.
Crops under the open sky can lose a growth stage while the storm blows. Dust Devils show up more often, and Tumbleweeds roll across the land.
