Chop meat and vegetables, strip logs and put together animal feed by hand.
Three ways to use it
Chopping: Place a knife or Cleaver on the board, it sticks right into the wood. Then hold right click with an ingredient to chop it. You can also place the ingredient first and chop it with the knife in your hand.
Stripping logs: Place an axe on the board and hold right click with a log to strip it. Every log an axe can strip works, including logs from other mods, and takes 2 chops.
Assembling: Without a tool, place up to five ingredients on the board and right click with an empty hand to combine them. For most recipes the order does not matter, only a finishing item such as Paper has to go on last. Rope is the exception and needs String, Barley, String in exactly this order. Shift and right click takes the last ingredient back.
Every recipe needs 3 chops with a regular knife, Cleavers use their own number. Chopping also gives a little experience. Other mods such as Bakery, Candlelight and Wok & Bowl add their own recipes.

- Porkchop → 2 Bacon
- Mutton → 1 Lamb Ham
- Dough → 2 Raw Pasta
- Tomato → 4 Tomato Seeds
- Strawberry → 4 Strawberry Seeds
- Melon → 9 Melon Slices, Melon Slice → 2 Melon Seeds
- Pumpkin → 4 Pumpkin Seeds
- Sugar Cane → 2 Sugar
- Bone → 4 Bone Meal
- Hay Bale → 9 Wheat
- Wool → 4 String
- Mushroom Blocks → 2 Mushrooms
- Flowers → 2 Dye, tall flowers → 4 Dye
- Cat Food (×6): Raw Fish + Raw Chicken + Cooked Beef, finished with Paper
- Dog Food (×4): Cooked Beef + Raw Beef + Bone, finished with Paper
- Cat Food Bag / Dog Food Bag: 4 Cat Food or 4 Dog Food, finished with Paper
- Horse Fodder: Wheat + Apple + Carrot
- Chicken Feed (×3): Wheat + Carrot + Wheat Seeds
- Chicken Nest (×2): 3 Wheat
- Rope (×6): String + Barley + String, in this order
- Compost: 4 Fertilizer
- Each finished cut costs one durability
- Right click with an empty hand to take the tool back
