Cold biomes are mistier, especially at night and during snowfall.
Ambient Feature
Wherever it is cold enough to snow, the view distance closes in. The fog is light at noon, thicker at dusk and at night, and thickest during snowfall and storms. Groves are always a little foggier.
The fog can be adjusted or turned off in the configuration.
